I received a lovely package from Kumori Japanese Bakery containing their newest product: the Toyohashi Pudding!
The Toyohashi Pudding is a baked custard cream dessert made from farm fresh eggs and premium buttermilk cream. It comes in a cute yet handy reusable container.
Kumori's Toyohashi Pudding comes in three flavors: Original (Php 98), Chocolate (Php 98) and Green Tea (Php 98).
Like my Kumori favorite, the Hanjuku Cheese, the Toyohashi Pudding is light and creamy but packed with flavor. I am personally partial with the Original and Chocolate, both are not too sweet. The Original though has a sweet note to it underneath, like leche flan!
I was happy that the Chocolate version isn't as sugary as I expected, but still a winner to kids. For the serious matcha or green tea lovers, the Green Tea flavor wouldn't disappoint you as the Toyohashi Pudding version has a certain kick to it that you'll surely love.
Grab the Toyohashi Pudding (and other delicious baked goodies) in Kumori Japanese Bakery in Landmark Makati and SM Makati.
