New Offerings from Brothers Burger!

Brothers Burger always remind me of happy memories: dinner treat from a newly-hired barkada, lunch with my first project team, and a funny comment from my burger-loving dad (he says the burger was too huge. hahaha)

I was invited last week for lunch by the brothers themselves, DJ and Martin Jose, to try the newest items on their menu.

We got to try their Chicken Wings (Php 219), with two delicious flavors: Barbecue and Butter Parmesan.

Barbecue Chicken Wings

Butter Parmesan Chicken Wings

Six pieces of crispy chicken wings marinated in either Barbecue or Butter Parmesan, it was really crunchy and delicious! I'm a little partial with the Butter Parmesan, as it has this amazing aroma that I could even smell its buttery goodness from a distance.

There are times that I get tired of eating the burger bun that I leave it and eat the patty and the toppings instead. Now I have a very interesting alternative: the Lettuce-Wrapped Burger (Php 175).

Lettuce-Wrapped Burger

It is a 150-gram flame-grilled Brothers Burger beef patty with tomatoes and onions wrapped with fresh lettuce leaves. It is served with cilantro cream, garden or Caesar dressing. It's something I could eat without the guilt. It's a must-try! :)

We also had one of Brothers Burger's popular burger, the Brothers Lamb Burger (Php 280).

Brothers Lamb Burger

Brothers Lamb Burger has a half-pound, flame-broiled lamb patty with pesto and feta cheese. I was amazed at how they diminished the gamey taste from the lamb. This burger is quite a steal, considering its price.

We also had my favorite sides, Onion Rings (Php 75), to go with the burgers and chicken wings.

It was an awesome afternoon eating mouthwatering burgers while listening to the Jose brothers share their experiences throughout the years. I was just impressed that Brothers Burger has been around for almost 14 years.

The owners have also disclosed that they are introducing more dishes (and more burgers) on their menu, that I can't wait to try.
